Does a “nuclear compromise” on approval of judges in the Senate pre-sage the end of the hard-right extremism of the Bush Administration?
What does a Republican think about the “smoking gun” evidence that the Bush Administration “fixed facts and intelligence” to support a war in Iraq?
As always, your calls and comments are warmly appreciated.

Bravo Mark! Your last word was suprisingly well worded to round up all the ugly perspectives and give a much more realistic perspective of your own, base on the great, almost forgotten American values.
I have to hand it to you, you kept your cool and your composure when debating this, this, fellow (for lack of a better term). I would have LOST IT probably… and then he would have accomplished what he wanted and got under my skin, but you were relentless and unpenetrable. Please keep up the great work!
Proud to be a new listener.

Mark, I thought your last comment (last word) was brilliant. Our Constitution is powerful enough that we can apply it to everyone on our soil and in our territories. The cons don’t seem to get that, or believe in the POWER of our Constitution & The Bill of Rights. My question is … Is Guantanamo a sovereign territory of the U.S. and, if so, do the Constitution and the Bill of Rights apply there? Is it a military base? What the hell is it?
There’s gotta be a reason why those prisoners are held there and not in the states. What is the reason?
