    Unlike Judge Walton. I see no reason to allow Scooter Libby to walk free as he appeals his CONVICTION ! That is Conviction.
    He can make his appeal from prison like most every other criminal that is innocent and serving time for their crime/convictions.
    If he was serving time while trying to appeal, it is possible his memory may become clear and he might become willing to tell the truth?
    Hopeful thinking anyways.

    The French had a violent revolution just a few years after our War of Independence because they put themselves in the poor house to finance the effort to defeat their enemy (England).
    If you follow that same logic: Does that mean the United States is going to the poor house to pay for the war to defeat our enemy of Iran? Well we are certainly raising the debt to pay for the war.
