Medicare part D prescription with a doughnut hole needs to be tossed.
Re establish negotiating prices for large quantities of drugs by the public option and allow the private insurance companies to status quo direction of their free market principals or they may on their own try to negotiate for drug prices themselves as well.

Australia is the only purchaser of drugs in Australia. In addition, the “premium†drugs for such things as HBP are not prescribed. Instead second tier drugs are used (older beta blockers, etc).
In addition, As an Australian citizen, I am eligible for medical treatment in Australia, Canada, England, Spain etc.
