    No, the marketplace is a brutal master. It has decided what people wish to hear and what they want to shun. Marxist radio is a buggy whip. But I’m certain that Levine can find in the Constitution that if some mysterious crystal were invented by Dr. Franklin [or a transistor by someone named Shockley] that the government must make sure that each side has a legislated 50% of the market.
