This time, Ridge has responded to Democratic critiques of past, non-specific alerts. Is it political?
Tonight, we will discuss how Bush has similarly learned good ideas from Democrats, flip flopped, then co-opted and twist the ideas to divert them from their original purposes; and how Kerry will be able to implement his plans in ways the Bush Administration cannot do, even though they try to copy them.
Why does Kerry’s nuanced view looks like “flip-flopping” to Republicans? Are conservatives too simple to understand? I don’t think so. I think they disingenuous, i.e. they hope Americans are too simple to understand. We’ll talk about a RNC hit piece accusing Kerry of flip-flopping provided by a conservative listener to THE INSIDE SCOOP.
