I do realize the president’s under a month tenure. I am sure there might be one or two pressing issues that have priority over Armed Forces Radio.
Is there a Dept, cabinate member or staffer that can be contacted on this that you are aware of?
This could be one of those presidential policies, Adm executive order type issues that can take the stroke of a president’s pen to change and administer I would think?
Good question, Robert. And I don’t know the answer. But I’m quite confident if that still is true, President Obama will change this. Give the guy a chance. He hasn’t even been there a month yet.

I’m always watching it. Ever since I have been writing in to the local paper’s “public Pulse”. Most of the write-ins are mimickings of Rush. They are loud and shallow in depth. Like some of the Limbaugh faithfuls the read the paper and confront me as a liberal. I think many here have been raised this way. Maybe abusively by parents for many. They were “just” always on the right they tell me. Pa was republican and his before him. Chains that cannot be broken. It hurts them to read politics (factual references) so they listen to Rush they tell me.
It is like one guy that tells me Nebraska should have to send their tax dollars to California to support liberals. So I show him a chart that shows that for every federal dollar Calif. gets 78 cents back in return. Where Nebraska for every federal tax dollar gets $1.07 in return.
Boy oh boy was he bewildered.
If you like arguing republicans, this is like the Star Trek’s, Borg home ship.
Hey, its Nebraska, just north east of Kansas, what can one expect. And I am a Californicating transplant. They certainly are finding out Rush doesn’t give answers, just shallow one minute lines.
