I analyze the irrational argument that Congressional Republicans have given for their opposition to impeaching President Trump. 
I also compare President Trump’s impeachment to the impeachments of Presidents Nixon and Clinton. 

Additionally, I play some recent comments by well-known Conservative Columnist George Will.  Will is highly critical of how Congressional Republicans have shown zero backbone in standing up to President Trump when he violates the Constitution (which has become quite frequent). Finally, I explain how all of this ties in to Tuesday’s upcoming elections in Virginia.

Republicans Flailing As Impeachment Around the Corner

I explain how desperate Congressional Republicans are to prevent the public from finding out the damning evidence that Democrats are uncovering against Donald Trump during their impeachment inquiry. This includes bombshell revelations from State Department officials like the American Ambassador to Ukraine, Bill Taylor, a highly credible career official respected by both Democrats and Republicans.
Taylor testified that he had been told President Trump would withhold military aid to Ukraine until it publicly announced that it would investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter.
