Scary Gambles [IS]

Heads they win. Tails we lose.
Speaker Boehner places an even bigger bet on the debt ceiling.
Heads or tails, America loses.
The Syrian People gamble their lives on the hope and prayer that the world will come through and save them before Assad massacres them all.
Also seems like a very shaky bet.
But this bet we should take.
