If not, then how come he proposed today exactly the solution I was suggesting yesterday?

Could it be — is it true — that a miracle has occurred?
That I have a President/Government that comes to reasonable, rational solutions to seemingly intractable problems and reasons in the same way that I do?

Sounds too good to be true.

Now how can I give you the “News the Government Does Not Want You to Know” when we have a transparent, rational, and intelligent Government?

This Administration is sure making my job difficult.

No Company Should Ever Be 'Too Big to Fail'

I Miss Eliot Spitzer

No wonder they took down the “Sheriff of Wall Street.”
He understood their abuses and was standing in the way of their greed.

By monitoring Spitzer’s private financial transactions, someone on Wall Street “took him down.”
And in the scheme of things, Spitzer’s purchase of a prostitute with his private funds is far less egregrious than the greed of those on Wall Street who took the world economy down with other people’s money.

Tax Away Those Bonuses!

Republican Strategist Mike Lane and I go at it over AIG.
I support the 90% tax on bonuses of executives who are getting millions of dollars while their companies are on taxpayer life support.
Mike does not support the tax.
