Mark Defends Tiny Tim Against Uncle Scrooge

December 27, 2010

What’s so Terrible About a Government Mandate that Health Care Companies Provide at Least 80% Health Care?

(That would be like making an ice cream truck sell ice cream.)

Global Warming is Real Science

But the rest of the Cashin In crew on FOX consider the scientifically proven rising temperatures to be a conspiracy to help poor nations.

Defending the NFL Unions

Why would anyone support the owners making the players play two more games at the same salary just so they can make more obscene profits? Would you work 15% longer — at the same salary — with significant chance of injury?

I cite statistics from reputable sources:

Here’s the CIA chart on life expectancy by country:
    https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/rankorder/2102rank.html

Here’s the OECD chart on per capita health care spending by country:

Check out these irrefutable statistics. They may surprise you. The USA is overwhelmingly first in health care spending but 49th in life expectancy.

In contrast, you cite anecdotal evidence. You beleive that because in one hospital in one town in England, a nurse did not “leave drinks out for patients,” all nationalized health care is bad, despite the statistics I cite above.

Well, I have news for you. I can give you an example of a car bomb blowing up somewhere in the world. By your logic, I would advise you never to enter any car anywhere again.

    Thanks for writing.

Dude you are the biggest douche on the planet. I am watching you cashing in. Just because the rest of the world is doing something stupid does not make it right. If national health care is so great, why is this going on you dumb ass.

“This Saturday, one of Greece’s most respected newspapers, To Vima, reported that the nation’s largest government health insurance provider would no longer pay for special footwear for diabetes patients. Amputation is cheaper, says the Benefits Division of the state insurance provider.

The new policy was announced in a letter to the Pan-Hellenic Federation of People with Diabetes. The Federation disputes the science behind the decision of the Benefits Division. In a statement, the group argues that the decision is contrary to evidence as presented in the international scientific.”

and this is going on in England due to national Health Care where people had to drink water from the flower vases

“Thirsty patients were forced to drink from vases of flowers after they were left on a ward without water, an inquiry heard today.
Campaigner Julie Bailey, whose mother Bella died at the scandal-hit Stafford Hospital, said patients were left ’screaming’ out in pain on chaotic and under-staffed wards.

She said that when she raised the issue of lack of water on the wards with the nurses, she was told they could not leave drinks out for patients during the night because of ‘health and safety’.”

Your an idiot. You deserved the beating you got on the show.
