Just after the 2005 electional “thumping” of republicans, when the Democratic party took control of the House and Senate. Rush said, hhe, “was tired of carrying water for the republican party”. But every Rush listener and republican faithful denies this to this day that Rush said he was a sales promoter and propagandist for republicans. Which is why his hard line partisanship is ignored by his listeners.

There have been a few republican congressmen that have stated publicly that Rush is simply an entertainer, when they were confronted by the press for some of Rush’s over the top slightings of other. Within 2 days the republican congressmen are appologizing to Rush on his show. So who does the appologizing congressmen are representing? Rush’s agenda or the congressmen’s district constiuents?

It is odd that people defended Rush (a radio talk show host with no responsibilities to Americans) when he MOCKED Micheal J. Fox. I still have people I know that to this day deny Rush ever did it.
Rush has been pretty good at disguising his intent with language.

I find it funny that republicans touted family values and Rush pushed them on his show even though he had divorces of his own that didn’t match the words of family values.

I listened years ago and remember well how he disparaged people with alcohol or durg dependency problems and spoke of them going to jail (the whole lot of them).

But the Rush listeners and the family values right overlook Rush’s drug abuse and dependency and make the excuse for him as it was because of back pain. As if that only happens to Rush and no one else.

I’ve read a couple of Rush’s books. One of them speak about how females should not be allowed to serve in the military. Yet he speaks of something as an authority of something he feared to serve himself and had no experience to draw from. Again, his listeners think he has some sort of authoritative experience that is better than other Amricans.

Rush never served or defended this nation, he never wants to pay taxes to support the military of this nation defend the nation, he has NO college education (he dropped out) His parents were well off and he came from a well to do family. His brother was put through law school and has tried to make a name for himself off Rush’s radio fame because he doesn’t seem to be able to make it after having all the emenities and advantages of a well to do family that can provide.

Rush got mush help to get his start in radio. More than many talented folks that were in the business were not offered. If you go back far enough as a Rush listener, you can remember Rush’s stories of his talks with top GOP member and financial funders to establish Rush on the radio for their politicacs.
Rush’s support of GOP Friedman economics has proven out to be a large failure. Hell, Rush couldn’t even buy into a football team in a group that are hard core conservatives. Doesn’t that tell you anything?
Tell me, What has Rush actually done or accomplished for Americans with the EIB microphone that he has had for along time? Something substancial that bettered America?

Mark, I listened to all of Rush’s show and he never mentioned Hitler. Why don’t you actually listen to the show before makingt yourself look BAD? BTW why don’t you look at what the German National Socialist actually did. I’d tell you but you need to start doing your own work instead of just listening to what others say. Peace.
