I saw Mark Levine tonight on O’Reilly with Laura Schlesinger substituting. I doubt that there are more than one of two things in the following that he or any Democrat would disagree with:
    1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.
    2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
    3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
    4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
    5. Centralisation of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
    6. Centralisation of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.
    7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
    8. Equal liability of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
    9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the populace over the country.
    10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labour in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc, etc.
It’s from Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto. You draw your own conclusion. I’ve drawn mine.

My state AG happened to sign the so called lawsuit with the other states.
I called the Af’s office and asked if they thought they were using tax payer funds for partisan political purposes?
They replied; We cannot answer that.
So I asked what the cost to the state taxpayers is going to be?
    Reply; don’t know
So I asked how can the state AG commit himself and the state to unlimited costs when the Governor (who agrees with the AG) the Governor has repeatedly decried how broke the state is and how he is cutting state jobs and services?
Hpw many resources are being put to this lawsuit?
    Reply; don’t know
I endeavored, how many AG attnts are put on this case ?
Reply; It doesn’t matter because they are on salary.
And I asked, If they are on salary and paid for no matter how many hours they put in (or don’t put in).
The AG’s office should still have expectations of a certain mini,im required hours (work). So if you are directing the them as a resource to on the health care lawsuit they are not applying their time and effort to state responsibilitiesm isn’t that true?
Reply; I don’t know and can’t answer that.
Asked if they could post a copy of the lawsuit on the AG’s website that I may see what the AG in fact signed.
Reply; will take that into consideration but you can find the lawsuit thru google. It does have to do with the Federal Gov’t forcing people to purchase health insurance.
I said I did not care to read any web site version of the lawsuit that I wanted to read the actual suit the AG signed with his signature.
    Reply; we don’t have one.
I asked why the AG would not perform a cost analysis before committing state funds?
Reply;I don’t know but the costs will be shared by the other participating states.
Asked if you know all the participants in the lawsuit are sharing the cost, what is our states portion?
Reply’ well I don’t know that answer.
So I asked if the AG files a frivilous lawsuit that losses and costs the state tax payers money at a time when his staff could be investigating crimes in the state because when they are focusing on health care lawsuits they are not looking at state legalities.
And how is it that this state requires me to purchase Auto insurance? Should I be able to sue the state?
We also have a Nuclear power plant as many other states do and I have to pay to insure these nuclear power plants because no insuance company will sell them a policy so the Gov’t insures them by forcing me to pay taxes toward its insuance. Even if I do not consume their electricity or not.
Why hasn’t the AG filedd lawsuits on the Gov’t for creating and funding the TSA for the private sector airlines? Why doesn’t the airlines provide their own security and pay for it by ticket prices?
Reply; Well sir, I don’t know what to say?
*this is the short version of the conversation. This is pathetic !
Can I file on the AG to the AG’s office? And who would look into it? What is my options? Go to the Governor that is in dire fiscal shape that appoves of spending non existant money on a frivilous lawsiot at a time he is cutting services and state jobs? I don’t see the Governor as a place to appeal.
I actually think the REpublicans feel if they can get their health care lawsuit to the SCOTUS. Their five faithful justices will vote in their favor dispite any legal bindings. Such as the Gov’ts ability to raise taxes let alone draft youths into wars.
