In the picture-book dictionary aside the definition of Fascism is an illustration of Ronald McDonald with a face-mask of George Bush

Dean is one individual and speaks his own mind quite frankly, at least he is honest enought to do so.
I mis-spelled fascism but I do know what the word means. For your edification the dictionary description below:
    Fascism:
1 often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
Most here in the USA look at Italy’s state of fascism where Mussolini exalted the corporations into all political areas and the corporations ruled the populace and made all the rules. Sound familiar?

Re – crossing the partisan aisle – of course Howard Dean didn’t make some comment how he hated all Republicans and every thing they stood for, now did he?
“…the facist policies he so loves.”
You people throw that word around like you actually know what it means. Ridiculous.

I only watched the very first of the SOTU address but printed it off and read it and it is before me now.
Paragraph three, Bush is stating how we need to cross the aisle with bipartisinship to serve we the people. You know like what was not done for the first six years when the repukes controled the legislative branch.
The fourth paragraph references the economy and how many jobs created. Well in all stats on this idea we are at a all time low in all he spoke of so he is either in lala land or someplace other than the USA.
In following paragraphs he refers to cutting the deficits as he has in all of his previous sotu talks and we see how well that is working out! In refering to the earmarks in this part he better look at his own party for that answer for they are the ones that have been in control and in that area they were in total control and we see the sparkling job they have done. Even the most devout bushnit follower has questions or all my repub friends are unhappy campers now.
Next entitlements are brought up and since Bush is anti social programs except for corporation welfare he speaks of social security linked to entitlements. Guess he doesn’t understand the social security is a government insurance program fully funded by the workers all their working life. (oh yeah it is great for robbing for the old buds and cronies)
Bush’s insurance suggestion as I read has nothing to offer the poor or the elderly but is aimed at those that already have insurance and it looks to me it is designed to bust union benefits and therefore promote more slave labor for the haves and to hell with those that are working and actually paying for all these wonderful ideas he doesn’t have!
Once again attacks on the judicial system a right wing screwball idea solely for their own protection from criminal acts they have committed.
Little substance overall but I no longer even take anything Bush says in the SOTU address because his past performance shows he does just exactly the opposite on any good ideas and follows the facist policies he so loves.

    Vicky,
It is annoying to have those hacker net escorts. The Democratic ones aren’t as bad as the others.
May I suggest a cough suppressant from your virus protection to ease the hacker’s cronic hacking on you.
I can relate somewhat for I have these right wing conservative Christian KLING-ON Hackers assigned to me. They sneak in and type in typo’s late at night on my posts. The Federation is sending Kirk and Spock with Sulu to this episode.
I even tried putting those “bounce” strips in the dryer with my cloths. But the Kling-ons return to my posts.
You stated GW made admittances of errors. He has only hinted that others have made them.
Can you cite a specific instance where George W did specifically say “He” fouled up and how? I truely can’t recall a one.
If you can determine that I have this, ” intense hatred that screams loud “, of Bush ( your words).
Then why should I not deduce that your a Bush loyalist and possibly one of his Rangers or Pioneers for defending his every move or lack of?
When hearing the news that Bush decided to attack Iraq for WMD (more like for WD40). My intiial thought was that the President did not think that the U.S. military response in Afgahnistan was quenching Americas’s thirst for blood over 9/11. And Iraq did quell Americas blood thirst for a while. We could of spilled blood of Egyptians and America would drink for awhile. That is why GW’s polls were higher then. Besides, people thought the President would do the right thing. We just didn’t know that the “Right” thing to GW meant ideological right and not morally right.
I had been in Desert shield /Storm and had first hand knowledge of Iraq’s capabilities. It was less than what Saddam desired to project to his neighboring
countries he viewed as enemies and did not want to show any weakness and invite their interferences in Iraq.
So go ahead, name “one” instance of GW’s full admittance of error and accepting that onus for himself specifically?
If you do that I will name “one” thing I think the Bush Adm did that was a good move from the decider for the nation.
